Kosova Seminar on Polymers in Concrete, Prishtina – Kosova, 29-30 May 2013
First announcement and call for papers
The 1st Kosovo Seminar on Polymers in Concrete ‘KSPC 2013’, will be held in Prishtina, the capital of the newborn Balkan country Kosovo.
The KSPC seminar aims to promote the use of polymers in concrete and to exploit the opportunities for synergies between mineral building materials and polymers. During the seminar, international keynote speakers will present research and applications of polymers in concrete all over the world. Selected speakers from the Balkan area will present the actual state-of-the-art of polymers in concrete in Kosovo and in the neighboring countries.
The keynote lectures will be completed with a limited number of peer reviewed papers. You are invited to send your proposals for seminar papers to prof. Naser Kabashi before 31 December 2012. The Scientific Committee will select papers for oral presentation as well as for poster presentation. Poster presentations will also be published in the seminar proceedings.
KSPC 2013 will be attractive for researchers, designing civil engineers and architects, contractors in civil engineering, construction and rehabilitation, local producers and formulators of polymers for construction.
The seminar will also include a social evening event, and a post seminar tour. This will allow all participants and their accompanying partners to discover the highlights of Prishtina and of Kosovo.
The Organizing Committee of Prishtina KSPC 2013 wishes to become a member of the family of Symposiums and Congresses on Polymers in Concrete.
