Born on January 19, 1997, in Dobërdolan, Municipality of Suhareka. He completed primary and secondary education in his hometown. He graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Prishtina, and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Geodesy at the same faculty.
He was licensed as a Geodesist by the Kosovo Cadastral Agency in 2024. He has extensive professional experience in geodesy, design, and infrastructure engineering, working in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes geodetic surveying, 3D modeling, cartography, road infrastructure design, construction supervision, and technical analyses for road, railway, energy, and construction projects.
At Inno Group Ltd., Ditjon Gallopeni is the founder and leads the design team for high-complexity road and urban infrastructure projects.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, delegated by Inno Group Ltd.
