Born on October 14, 1988, in Sallagrazhdë, Suhareka, where he completed primary and secondary education. He completed his Bachelor studies in Geodesy in 2010 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture and his Master’s degree in Geodesy in 2019.
He began his professional career in the private sector in 2009 and in 2018 established his own private company, Geo Laser Ltd., which he manages. With more than 16 years of professional experience, he has participated in numerous public and private projects in geodesy, with particular emphasis on engineering geodesy and monitoring of infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and hydropower plants, as well as cadastral works related to land ownership and boundary definition.
He is skilled in modern geodetic instruments as well as GIS and cartography. Currently, he works in the private sector on various engineering and cadastral projects.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, delegated by Geo Laser Ltd.
