Sytrime holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the American University in Kosovo. She is the Executive Director of the PREFAB Kosovo Cluster.
She is a senior expert in economic development and international trade, with more than 15 years of experience in executive roles in both the public and private sectors. She played a key role in designing domestic and international trade policies that fostered private sector growth. She was a member of state delegations in international trade negotiations.
As an author, she has contributed through various publications, including the Foreign Investors’ Manual. She is a certified trainer in Circular Economy and a consultant with the World Bank Group/IFC, actively contributing to strengthening private sector initiatives and specialized state institutions in trade.
Her community contributions include the Mentoring Our Future program as a mentor, KUSA as Chair of the Board, and the Academy for Community Leadership as a trainer.
Since 2024, she has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, delegated by the Prefabricated Construction Cluster (PREFAB Kosovo).
