Born on February 9, 1987, in Lipjan. He completed his primary education in the village of Llugaxhi in 2001 and his secondary education at the Mathematical-Natural Sciences Gymnasium in Lipjan in 2005. He completed his Bachelor studies in Hydrotechnics in 2009 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and in 2018 he completed his Master’s degree in the same field.
Armend has over 15 years of professional experience in construction implementation and design, particularly in the water sector. His experience also includes managing large infrastructure projects at both national and international levels. In Kosovo, his main professional activities are related to the development of projects in water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, river regulation, local and highway road projects, as well as feasibility studies for dams and other infrastructure projects.
Currently, he serves as Technical Director at the Regional Water Company “Prishtina” JSC, where under his leadership the institution has achieved significant and sustainable progress in fulfilling its mandate.
Since 2023, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, delegated by RWC Prishtina.
