Born on June 22, 1980, in Gjakova. He completed his primary and secondary education in Prishtina, and in 2004 he completed his university studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, earning the title of Graduate Engineer of Architecture.
Ermir is an architect and manager with over two decades of professional experience in design, civil engineering, and the management of public and private projects. He began his professional career simultaneously in public institutions and the private sector, being involved in various projects.
At the Public Housing Enterprise of Prishtina (NPB), he has developed a significant part of his career, serving in various professional and managerial positions within the enterprise. He currently holds the position of Manager of the Department for Planning, Design, and Supervision at NPB.
He is also very active in the private sector, engaged in the design and supervision of residential, commercial, administrative, sports, and cultural facilities, among others. A core part of his work is related to the preservation and promotion of Kosovo’s built heritage, through projects that involve the identification, documentation, and restoration of buildings with architectural value.
He actively participates in national and international workshops, symposiums, and professional trainings focused on management, public procurement, and the sustainable development of the built environment. He is a founding member of the Chamber of Architects of Kosovo.
