Born on July 30, 1975, in Mushtisht. He completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown. In 2004, he completed his studies in the Structural Engineering program at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, earning the title of Graduate Civil Engineer. He completed his PhD studies in 2025 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb, Croatia.Being active in the construction field, Alushi is licensed by the Kosovo Chamber of Civil Engineers and trained as a Building Energy Efficiency Auditor. He managed several projects at the companies “Çlirimi” and “XH. Kololli” from 2004 to 2009. Since 2009, he has been leading the design, supervision, and consultancy sector at the company “ALB-Architect,” where he is also a shareholder. He gained significant practical experience in civil engineering during the 2019 earthquake in Albania. He is the author and co-author of scientific papers in the field of structural engineering. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and has been delegated by ALB-Architect, Prishtina.
