The delegation of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, represented by the Dean of FCE and the Coordinator for International Cooperation had the opportunity to visit Gdansk Polytechnic University, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, invited by the Department of Environmental Engineering. During this visit, FCE had the opportunity to be informed about the projects of this faculty and department in Gdansk, as well as to discuss the possibilities of cooperation between the two faculties and departments, including visits to the campus, laboratories and the Ecotechnology Center. The Dean of FCEE, Gdansk emphasized the similarity between the two faculties and noted the numerous opportunities for cooperation in the future. Both units agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, as a first step in creating a sustainable basis for cooperation for the future, both in terms of teaching, as well as research and scientific projects. The University of Prishtina, together with the Polytechnic University of Gdansk, are co-organizers of the international CoEE conference, which will be held in Gdansk in 2026 and in Prishtina in 2028.
