The Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Prishtina from May 13 to 18, 2024 participated in the ISEC2024 International Conference (Structural Engineering and Construction Conference) held in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The delegation of the Faculty's academic staff composed of Prof. Dr. Naser Kabashi and MSc. Valon Veseli, contributed with scientific papers as well as with activities related to the continuation of the conference by moderating its sessions. The academic staff during the conference had separate meetings with many participants from many countries of Europe and the United States of America with the aim of increasing institutional cooperation, organizing joint conferences in the future as well as direct cooperation with individuals. 

The scientific work of the academic staff entitled "OPTIMAZING FINE AGGREGATE AND CEMENT REPLACEMENT WITH STONE DUST: IMPACT ON CONCRETE COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH", presented by Prof. N. Kabashi, was impressive for the audience. During the development of the conference, participants contributed to discussions related to topics of interest in the fields of materials technology, seismic engineering, construction management, etc.
