On December 13, 2023, in the Dean office of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the memorandum of understanding with the Public Housing Enterprise in Pristina was signed. Based on common interests, an MoU has been reached between the Faculty of Civil Engineering-University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" (FCE-UP), and the Public Housing Enterprise in Prishtina for the purpose of advancing and raising professional achievements in higher education, scientific, educational and academic cooperation between institutions, the opening of new cooperation opportunities for students, academic and administrative staff.

PHE and FCE-UP will cooperate with the aim of professional development of students of the Faculty's programs, joint collaborations in the realization of inter-institutional needs, joint projects in the fields of civil engineering, structures, geodesy and environment. FCE will issue a decision on the engagement of students and teachers, who will be recruited in the premises of PHE for the doing of professional practice work as well as in the situations of the needs of the studies of certain fields of construction engineering. This agreement will also help the research project financed by the UP for the evaluation and rehabilitation of the existing masonry system objects in the area of Ulpiana, Pristina.

Part of the signing of the agreement is the Chief Executive Officer of PHE, Arton Berisha and the Dean of FCE.
