The Faculty of Civil Engineering has an administration which consists of administrative and organizational offices which are responsible for professional, administrative and technical matters according to the statute of the University of Prishtina.

The role of the Secretary is the head of the administrative office of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and coordinates the duties and responsibilities of the official’s part of the administration being responsible for certain functions of the administration activities to be performed effectively and efficiently.
