Dear colleagues, dear friends and Students, welcome to the electronic platform of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
The Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Prishtina is the oldest and largest institution in the field of Civil Engineering in our country. Our faculty has a rich tradition of its activities counting the work since the beginning of the establishment in 1961.
This presentation and this website are intended to provide important information regarding the activities, academic and student life of our Faculty. The usual activities of the Faculty are presented through teaching activities, student services, teaching schedules, exam schedules, etc. The collegial bodies of the Faculty, the academic staff, the administrative staff and the possibility of direct contacts are displayed in the information. Student life, student activities, student council are an integral part of the Faculty.
Engineers who have completed their studies at our Faculty count the achievements in the design and construction of various facilities and state of arts constructions. There are many services that Engineers are able to provide for the labor market such as, professional supervision and management, various evaluations of projects and facilities as well as other work related to the profession. Many of our staff are part of many reputable companies in the region and the world as well as in institutions, namely well-known educational universities.
To the students I say that the studies of technical engineering sciences - construction, structures, hydrotechnics, geodesy, environmental engineering which take place in our Faculty are weighty and voluminous, therefore the studies in our programs require commitment and uninterrupted work, follow-up regular learning, numerical and laboratory exercises which are mandatory. The motto "Student in the center of attention" will serve the academic and administrative staff so that the focus on the students is on maximum for fast services, advanced teaching, facilitation of administrative procedures while the main focus is on continuous learning and assessment.
